Meet Your Herbalist

KIRSTIN MARGARET

I’m a clinical herbalist and medicine maker with a deep appreciation for the living world, from plants and pollinators to the often overlooked creatures that help sustain healthy ecosystems.

As a woman of Sicilian heritage and a first-generation Cuban American, my roots have shaped the way I understand plants as medicine. I carry forward a family history that includes my great-grandmother, an herbalist and midwife.

To me, herbalism is a practice of relationship. It invites us to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the natural world. I believe many of us spend our lives searching for vitality when it has been within us all along, waiting to be remembered.

The formulas I create draw from my heritage, relationships with Indigenous healers in the Peruvian Amazon, and studies in Western herbalism, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I prioritize sourcing directly from the communities and native lands where these traditions and botanicals originate, honoring the relationships and land that make this work possible.
